He has been shown in a variety of disciplines as they used Gazaba to "teach" the Stelzer's daughter, Jaime, to ride different disciplines. Gazaba was shown in Western Pleasure, Side Saddle, Hunter Pleasure, Trail, Native Costume, and Equitation - English, Western and Hunt Seat. Versatility is Gazaba. He will do anything you ask of him with the gentleness and calmness required. He understands the rider on his back and finds out very quickly the level of the rider's abilities and will work hard to do what the rider is asking even if the rider has difficulty using the command Gazaba understands. He is a remarkable horse and has helped many young riders learn how to show and how to win. Gazaba has won in all his disciplines many times. Gazaba passed away in August 2007. | |
